Southeastern Louisiana senior Adonson Shallow set school records in weight throw and shot put at LSU’s Purple Tiger Invitational Friday at Carl Maddox Field House. His performances were the Lions’ biggest highlights of the meet, which was not scored. Shallow’s winning shot put effort of 17.06 meters surpassed Teremine White’s standard of 17.03 meters from 2008. Shallow’s weight throw of 20.07 meters broke the record he set last year (19.87 meters).
