Bennett averaged 1.56 blocks per set during a three sweep week for Southeastern as the Lady Lions extended their overall win streak to 15 and Southland Conference win streak to 24 as SLU knocked off UNO, Nicholls and McNeese all in straight sets. Bennett had seven blocks (one solo) in the win over the Privateers while adding six (one solo) against McNeese. While getting just one assisted block against Nicholls, she scored a career high-tying 10 kills on an .833 attack percentage against the Colonels. Bennett cored at least five kills and over .400 attack percentage in all three matches. The sophomore from Prairieville, Louisiana currently leads the SLC in blocks and hitting percentage.
