Southeastern Louisiana University Athletics

Micah Miller is in his first season as a member of the Southeastern Louisiana track and field coaching staff. He serves as the programs throws coach, working with the Lions’ shot put, discus, hammer, and javelin athletes.

A former Southeastern student-athlete, Miller competed for the Lions in the throwing events for four years and earned a bronze medal in the discus at the 2025 Southland Conference Outdoor Championships. He was also a multi-time Southland Conference All-Academic Team selection during his collegiate career. Prior to competing at Southeastern, Miller was one of Louisiana’s top high school throwers at Lafayette Christian Academy, where he was a multi-time state champion in both the shot put and discus.

Miller graduated from Southeastern Louisiana University with a degree in Business Administration.
