Southeastern Louisiana University Athletics

Sophomore Season (2025):
Took part in four meets during her first season at Southeastern, competing in the weight throw, shot put, and discus throw... Set season bests in the shot put & weight throw at the LSU Twilight indoor meet with throws of 13.44 meters (44'1.25") in shot put and 15.26 meters (50'0.75") in the weight throw... Only attempt at discus throw was at the Strawberry Relays where she had a best throw of 28.82 meters (94'7").

Prior to Southeastern:
Transferred to Southeastern from the University of Louisiana - Lafayette... Did not compete for the Ragin' Cajuns... Preppred at Zachary High... Was part of the powerlifting and track & field teams for the Broncos... Won four individual state championships in track & field and was a three-time state champion in powerlifting.

Personal:
Born April 11, 2005...Daughter of Adrian & Portia Jackson... Has three older siblings - Kristian Jackson, Indya Jackson, & Perris Wanzo... Sisters Kristian & Indya are SLU track & field Lion for Life members... Enjoys weightlifting & cooking... Biggest sports thrill is setting a personal record... Majors in kinesiology at SLU.
