Southeastern Louisiana University Athletics

Brett Olsen is entering his first year with the Southeastern Track and Field coaching staff. The Ridgecrest, California native joins the staff as the throws coach under head coach Corey Mistretta.

Olsen was a member of the SLU track and field team from 2013-2015 where he competed in the discuss throw, shot put, hammer throw and weight throw.

A three-time All-Southland Conference Indoor second team selection in the weight throw and shot put, Olsen qualified for the 2015 NCAA Division I East Regional Prelims under former SLU head coach Sean Brady.
