Biography

Junior Season (2025):
Competed in seven meets in his first season at Southeastern, focusing on the short sprints... Made his SLU debut at the LSU Purple Tiger indoor meet in the 60-meter sprint, clocking in at 6.89 seconds... Fastest 60-meter time of the season came at the Vulcan Invitational indoor meet, hosted by Alabama-Birmingham, where he ran the preliminary heat in 6.86 seconds... Set two season bests at the Pelican Relays outdoor meet at Southern, completing the 100-meter dash in 10.54 seconds and the 200-meter dash in 21.65 seconds... Also took part in the 4x100-meter relay where his team's fastest time was 41.22 seconds at the LSU Alumni Gold outdoor meet.

Prior to Southeastern:
Transferred to Southeastern after two seasons at the University of Mobile, a NAIA institution... Was on the Rams track & field team for both seasons... Held the Mobile school record in the outdoor 100-meter dash after finishing in 10.38 seconds at the Southern States Athletic Conference Outdoor Championships... Qualified for the NAIA Indoor National Championships as a freshman in the 60-meter sprint & the NAIA Outdoor National Championships in both seasons in the 100-meter dash... Won the gold medal at the SSAC/Sun Conference Indoor Championships in the 60-meter sprint as a freshman... Won the bronze medal at the SSAC Outdoor Championships in the 100-meter dash as a freshman... Prepped at Clifton Hunter High School at his native Cayman Islands... Was a member of the school's track & field team... Held school record in the 100-meter dash... Was also school's sports day boys champion from seventh to ninth grade.

Born November 14, 2004 in George Town, Grand Cayman... Son of Chancey Gordon & Sonia Spence... Has a younger sibling, Jaydon... Enjoys reading the Bible, go to the beach, & travel... Biggest sports thrill is winning a championship... Majors in kinesiology at Southeastern.
