Averaged 73.92 in 12 rounds of play … competed in all four events for the Lions … best finish came at season-opening Sam Hall Intercollegiate where he carded a three-round total of 215 … closed out the tournament with a 1-under 70 after posting rounds of 73 and 72 … finished tied for 22nd overall at the Santa Clara Cabo Collegiate with a 54-hole total of 220.

2010-11
Joined the team in January and appeared in eight events as a true freshman … posted a 75.61 scoring average in 23 rounds of action … posted par or better in five rounds, including a 4-under-67 in his collegiate debut at the UTSA/Oak Hills Invitational … finished tied for 18th in the event to lead the Lions in the 17-team field … earned a 17th-place showing at the rain-shortened BancorpSouth Intercollegiate with a 146 … finished 26th overall at the Louisiana Tech Bulldog Classic, finishing at 225 for the 54-hole tournament and helping the Lions to a third-place performance.

HIGH SCHOOL
Won numerous golf tournaments in his native country … one of only six players to win the Colombian Junior Amateur twice in the 60-year history of the tournament … played in the 2010 U.S. Junior Amateur.

Born Daniel Zuluaga on December 22, 1992 in Pereira, Colombia … the son of Danilo Zuluaga and Gloria Ocampo … has one sister, Sofia … lists the 2010 United States Amateur as the most exciting event witnessed … hobbies include tennis … a Sports Management major.
