Best 8K time of the year was at the Watson Collegiate Classic at Mississippi College, stopping the clock in 28:51.1.
Freshman Season (2023):
Ran in five meets for the Lions on the year... Started with his only 5K run of the season, finishing in 18:12.0 at the UNO Cross Country Opener... Only 6K race of the season took place at the LSU Invitational, finishing in 21:55.3... Ran the near-6.5K course at the Nicholls Invitational in 23:35.5... Fastest 8K of the season came at the Lion Up Invitational, stopping the clock in 28:04.6... Ran the 8K course at the Southland Conference Championships in 32:59.6... Named to the Southland Conference Commissioner's Fall Honor Roll.
Prior to Southeastern:
Prepped at Covington High... Was part of the cross country & track & field teams for the Lions... Won a regional championship with the CHS track team... Named captain of the cross country team for two years... Named parish championship MVP.
