Prior to Southeastern:
Prepped at Ponchatoula High School... Was on the cross country & track & field teams for the Green Wave... Won the district champion in the 4x800-meter relay all four years in her high school career... Biggest sports thrill was running her fastest 800-meter time while serving as the anchor of the 4x800-meter relay team to clinch the district championship... Named All-Academic for cross country, indoor track & field, & outdoor track & field seasons by the LHSAA... Named a captain for the cross country team in her senior season... Was also a member of the Interact Club, Student Council, Talented Music Club, & Big Wave Little Wave.

Personal:
Born May 26, 2007... Daughter of Ian & Deanna Arthur... Has two younger siblings - a brother, Tyler, & sister, Natalie... Both of her parents attended Southeastern... Hobbies include reading, playing guitar, & singing... Most exciting athletic event she's witnessed was all of her 4x800-meter relays in high school... Majors in elementary education at Southeastern.
