Southeastern Louisiana University, an NCAA Division I intercollegiate program, encourages athletes who want an opportunity to walk-on for any of the Lions' 15 sports teams.
Each sports program at Southeastern has differing needs and programs for walk-ons each year. NCAA Gender Equity participation level requirements impact walk-on numbers for most men's sports. You should contact the coaches of your specific sport to learn more about the opportunities in your sport.
In you are interested in walking-on to an intercollegiate sport at Southeastern, you
must:
1. Be registered with the
NCAA Eligibility Center
2. Be a full-time student at Southeastern (minimum of 12 hours)
3. Provide documentation of possessing appropriate medical insurance
4. Have an appropriate medical physical/clearance prior to any workout.

Men's Basketball |

Softball |
