Prior to Southeastern: Pitched and played outfield for Western Nebraska Community College as a freshman in 2009 … Recorded a 17-5 record with a 1.93 earned run average in the circle … Also hit .316 with five home runs … Spent the summer as Saskatchewan’s starting centerfielder in the Canada Games.

High School: Was named Top Athlete at the Nokomis School all four years … Participated in softball, hockey, track, badminton, volleyball and cross country … Also had the top grade point average among athletes and won several other academic honors … Played on club teams in both softball and hockey.
