2018 Outdoor: Received honorable mention Southland Conference Track Athlete of the Week honors after coming in second in the 3,000 steeplechase in 11:20.82 at the Louisiana Classics … Finished fourth in the 3,000 (10:47.74) and eighth in the 1,500 (5:00.60) at the McNeese Cowboy Relays.
2018 Indoor: Ran a personal-best 10:31.11 in the 3,000 at the Southland Championships … Set personal records in taking second in the 5,000 (18:16.38) and fourth in the 1,000 (3:13.00) at the Samford Open … Also helped the DMR place second in 12:40.84 … Came in fourth in the mile at the LSU Bayou Bengal in a personal-best 5:16.64 … Was also fourth in the 3,000 (10:50.13) … Took fifth in the 3,000 (10:37.50) at the McNeese Indoor Invite II.
2017 Indoor: Named to the Southland Conference All-Academic team following the outdoor season … Set a pair of career bests in placing 20th in the 5,000 (18:32.12) and 22nd in the 3,000 (10:31.52) at the Southland Championships … Came in fourth in the mile in 5:31.38 at the LSU Twilight … Placed third in the 3,000 (10:44.46) and 12th in the 800 (2:30.12) at the LSU Bayou Bengal … Was 11th in the mile in 5:24.42 at the KMS Invitational … Finished second in the 800 in a personal-best 2:28.40 at the McNeese Invite II …Eclipsed the McNeese Rec Center record in taking second in the mile in 5:35.44 at the McNeese Invite #1 … Later took second in the 3,000 in 11:31.22.
2016 Cross Country: Finished in the top 25 in all six of her meets with one victory, a runner-up, a third and an eighth … Beat her personal best in a 6K by 11 seconds in finishing 23rd in 22:50.9 at the Southland Conference Championships … Was the top scoring runner and took second overall in the women’s Division I 5K race at the Mississippi College Choctaw Open in 18:46.30 … Time was more than 30 seconds faster than her winning time at the meet in 2015 … Earned honorable mention Southland Conference Athlete of the Week honors for the performance … Beat her 2015 mark by more than 31 seconds in finishing third at the McNeese Cowboy Stampede in 19:05.5 … Received honorable mention Southland Athlete of the Week recognition after taking 17th in 19:00.77 at the 5K LSU Invitational … Time was nearly 43 seconds faster than mark at 2015 meet … Finished eighth at the 6K Azalea Classic in 23:11.56 … Was an honorable mention selection for the Southland Women’s Cross Country Athlete of the Week award for Sept. 6 after running the fastest women’s time (11:32.4) in the 3K at the season-opening New Orleans Invitational … Time was 36 seconds faster than her time at the UNO meet in 2015 in which she also had the fastest individual time … Joined sophomore Amber Ferguson (13:48.0) for the second-fastest 6K relay time of 25:20.4.
2016 Outdoor: Placed seventh in the 3,000 steeplechase at the Southland Championships, breaking the stadium record with a time of 11:31.33 … Had a third-place finish in the 3,000 steeplechase at the LSU Alumni Gold in a school-record 11:16.28 … Took sixth in the 1,500 (4:55.60) and 10th in the 800 (2:29.80) at the Lion Invitational … Finished 10th in the 3,000 steeplechase in 11:37.87 at the Texas Relays … Had a sixth-place time of 11:19.91 at the John Mitchell Alabama Relays.
2016 Indoor: Ran career-best 10:33.07 in placing 22nd in 3,000 at Southland Championships … Also set PR (5:16.71) in mile preliminaries … Placed 13th in mile (5:22.28) at South Alabama Jaguar Invitational … Came in fourth in mile (5:22.80) at McNeese State Indoor … Finished third in the mile (5:29.90) and ninth in 3,000 (11:11.90) at LSU Bayou Bengal … Was 13th in the 3,000 (11:37.45) while helping the 4x800 relay place fifth (10:07.25) at LSU Purple Tiger.
2015 Cross Country: Won the 5K in the Mississippi Choctaw Open in 19:20.7 … Also had the fastest individual time in the 3K in the UNO Opener in 12:08.3 while teaming with Whitney Adams in placing eighth as a team in 32:50.2 … Was 13th in the McNeese Cowboy Stampede’s 5K in 19:36.9 and 14th in the 3.1-mile at the LSU Invitational in 19:43.7 … Took 49th in the 6K at the Southland Conference Championships in 23:53.3 and was 116th in the 6K at the NCAA Division I South Central Regional in 23:25.6.
2015 Outdoor: Came in eighth in 3,000 steeple with a school-record time of 11:33.04 at Southland Championships … Placed fourth in 3,000 meters (11:02.26) debut at Jaguar Opener … Had career-best 3,000 time of 10:56.09 in taking third at McNeese Cowboy Relays … Was also 12th in 1,500 in 5:08.74 … Finished 10th in 3,000 steeplechase (11:33.12) at Alabama Relays … Placed seventh in 1,500 (5:02.80) at LSU Battle on the Bayou … Was third in the 3,000 steeple (11:41.2) at LSU Alumni Gold … Took 22nd in 1,500 in 4:52.81 at J Fred Duckett-Rice Twilight … Also helped 1,600 medley relay place fourth (4:25.53) at Jaguar Opener.
2014 Cross Country: Opened career by taking fourth in the 3K at the UNO Relays (13:00), then placed third at the 5K Loyola Wolf Pack Invite (18:27.5) … Finished 11th at 5K LSU Invitational (19:46.9) … Came in 26th at 5K McNeese Cowboy Stampede (18:55.7) … Ran a 23:55.6 for fifth at the Mississippi College Watson Ford Meet … Took 161st at the 4.975K Alabama Crimson Classic (20:07.6) … Concluded season with a 39th-place finish at the Southland Championships (23:01.9).
