2018 Indoor: Named first-team All-Southland Conference after winning the 400 meters in 47.71 seconds at the Southland Championships … Was third in the 400 (47.78) at the Samford Open … Set a personal best in the 60 in finishing fourth in 7.02 at the LSU Bayou Bengal.
 
2017 Outdoor: Selected to the LSWA All-Louisiana Team as a member of the 4x400-mter relay which had the second-fastest time in the state in 2017 … Took fifth in the 400 in 47.74 at the Southland Conference Championships … Was also on the eighth-place 4x100 relay (41.39) and the ninth-place 4x400 relay (3:25.91) … Helped the 4x100 relay finish fifth in 41.39 at the South Alabama Invitational … Helped the 4x400 relay take second in 3:15.98 at the McNeese Spring Time Classic … Also finished sixth in the 200 in 21.67 … Ran the second leg of the 4x400-meter relay which finished second in 3:07.25 at the Texas Relays … Time was the second-fastest in school history … Ran on the winning 4x400-meter relay (3:09.14) at the Hurricane Collegiate Invitational … Also helped the 4x100 relay come in fourth in  41.18 while finishing sixth in the 400 in 48.49 … Was on the second-place 4x400 relay (3:14.90) at the Louisiana Classic … Helped both the 4x400 (3:10.61) and sprint medley (3:23.84) capture victories at the McNeese Cowboy Relays … Helped the 4x100 (41.53) and 4x400 (3:12.01) relays sweep at the Tulane Early Bird Twilight … Also placed second in the 300 meters (34.17).
 
2016 Outdoor: Earned third-team All-Southland Conference as a member of the 4x400-meter relay… Finished fourth in the 200 meters at the Sam Houston Last Chance Meet in a personal-best 21.44…  Ran career-best 47.44 in finishing fourth in the 400 at the Southland Championships… Also anchored the 4x400 relay that set a stadium record in placing third in 3:13.32 and helped the 4x100 relay take fourth in 41.28… Placed 13th in the 400 (48.18) at the LSU Alumni Gold… Ran a 47.92 in winning his second straight 400 at the Lion Invitational… Also helped the 4x100 relay win in 41.01 and the 4x400 take second in 3:16.57… Got his first individual win as a Lion after taking the 400 in 48.38 at the McNeese Spring Time Classic… Also helped the 4x400 win in 3:13.31 and was ninth in the 100 in a personal-best 10.92… Took 17th in the 200 in 22.51 while helping the 4x100 relay finish third in 42.03 at the Bobcat Invitational…Ran the second leg to help the 4x100 relay win in 40.68 at the Louisiana Classics… Was also fourth in the 400 in a career-best 48.07… Was on the seventh-place 4x400 relay (3:17.18) and the eighth-place 4x100 relay (41.72) at the Alabama Relays… Helped both the 4x100 and 4x400 relays take victories at the season-opening Tulane Twilight in 41.55 and 3:18.81, respectively.
 
2016 Indoor: Received first-team All-Southland Conference honors after running the second leg of the Lions’ 4x400-meter relay that set a meet and school record of 3:08.97 in winning at the Southland Conference Championships… Also competed in the 200 and 400 preliminaries… Placed third in the 400 in a personal-best time of 48.53 while helping the 4x400 relay to a third-place finish in 3:23.49 at the South Alabama Jaguar Invitational… Was on first-place 4x400 relay (3:28.45) while taking second in the 600 in personal-best 1:25.46 at McNeese State Invite… Led off 4x400 relay which set then-school record winning time of 3:11.64 at the New Mexico Cherry & Silver. Also placed eighth in the 400 (48.80) and ninth in the 200 (21.93)… Ran third leg of 4x400 relay that ran then-school record 3:16.09 in placing second at the LSU Bayou Bengal Invitational… Opened Lion career by taking fourth in the 400 (49.76) and helping the 4x400 relay finish second (3:18.41) at the LSU Purple Tiger Invitational.
 
Prior to Southeastern: Competed in the 200 and 400 at Southwest Baptist University … Was named the Freshman of the Year in 2014 and Most Outstanding Athlete in 2015 … Was a three-time All-MIAA Conference selection in both 2014 and ’15 … Won the conference championship in the 400 in 2015.
 
High School: Ran track and played soccer and softball for Temple Christian High … Won the silver in the 400 meters and the bronze in the 4x400 in the BAISS … Played shortstop and third base for the softball team and was the team captain in 2011 … Also a member of the G.G.Y.A … Competed in the 200 and 400 for the Road Runners Track Club.
 
Personal: Born in Andros, Bahamas … Son of Anthony and Lorraine Bowleg … Has three siblings, Latonia Bowleg, Lelondra Johnson and Anthony Bowleg Jr. … Hobbies include swimming, free diving/spear fishing and fixing boat engines … Majoring in Marketing ... Helped The Bahamas take third in the 4x400 relay at the IX North American, Central American and Caribbean Athletics Association (NACAC) U23 Championships in July 2016.
