2009 Outdoor (Junior): At LSU Relays, impressed in the 400 m hurdles, posting a fourth-place time of 52.34, beating the regional mark by 0.38 seconds ... Punched his ticket to the NCAA Mideast Regionals in the 400 m hurdles  at Texas Relays, winning his preliminary heat with a time of 52.04 ... Took third place in 400 m hurdles at LSU Alumni Gold with a time of 51.76 ... Part of 4x400 m relay team that posted a school record time of 3:06.79 to win Southland outdoor championships. Made his first appearance of the day in the 400 m hurdles by taking second with a time of 52.05, the third-best time in school history ... Almost scored an upset in the NCAA Mideast Regionals 400 m hurdles by clocking in at 51.83 despite hitting one of the final hurdles.  However, Wiltz's third-best time of the season in the event was not enough in a crowded field that saw three student-athletes break the course record in the event.  The Waggaman native was just 0.05 seconds too slow to advance to the finals.

2009 Indoor (Junior): Continued to make the transition from hurdles and relays to middle distance events, setting the tone for the Lions at Middle Tennessee Valentines Invitational with a blistering 800 m time of 1:53.18 to claim second and set a new Southeastern record by bettering the old mark of 1:53.98.

2008 Outdoor (Sophomore): Earned All-Southland Conference honors with a third place finish in the 110 m hurdles with a season and career-best time of 14.34 ... Qualified for the SLC finals in the 400 m hurdles with a school and personal record time of 50.98 seconds, but suffered a hamstring injury and could not run in the championship heat ... Won the 400 m hurdle title at the UCSD Triton Invitational with a time of 52.34 ... Qualified for the NCAA Outdoor Regionals with a time of 52.29 in the 400 m hurdles at the Texas Relays ... Finished second in the 400 m hurdles at the Tiger Relays with a time of 52.59.

2008 Indoor (Sophomore): Set a school record, claiming 2nd in the 55 m hurdles (7.84) and first in the 600 m run (1:22.70) at the McNeese Indoor Invitational ... Took third in the 55 m dash (7.68) and first in the 400 m dash (49.50) at the Arkansas State Indoor Invitational ... Placed 7th in the 60 m hurdles (8.27) at the Purple Tiger Invitational ... Helped the Lions’ 4x400 m Relay squad to a first place finish at the Bayou Bengal Invitational with a time of 3:19.93.

2006-07 Outdoor (Freshman): Qualified for the NCAA Mideast Regionals in the 400-meter hurdles after running a season-best 52.23 in the preliminaries of the SLC Championships ... Finished fourth overall at the conference meet, finishing in 52.28 ... Posted a time of 52.82 at the Texas Relays ... Finished sixth in the 110-meter hurdles at the SLC Championships with a top time of 14.51 ... Clocked a time of 49.60 in the 400-meter dash to finish second overall at the Ty Terrell Relays ... Ran a season-best 49.73 in the 400-meter dash and 8.34 in the 60-meter hurdles at the Houston Indoor Invitational ... Ran anchor leg of the Lions’ distance medley relay team that posted a season-best time of 10:17.44 at the LSU Bayou Bengal.

Prior to Southeastern -

High School: Earned Class 5A All-State honors in the 800-meter run at New Orleans’ L.W. Higgins High School ... Finished fourth overall for the Hurricanes in the 800-meter run at the 2006 Class 5A state meet.
