2011 Cross Country (Sophomore) – Ran the 6K Auburn Invitational in 21:23.1 … finished the 8k in 27:42.2 at the Southland Conference Championship.

2011 Outdoor (Freshman) – Completed the 1,500-meter run in 4:19.74 at the South Alabama Invitational … turned in a time of 9:04.37 in the 3,000-meter run at the Tulane Team Challenge … finished the 3,000-meter steeplechase with a time of 10:49.75 at the NSU Invitational … completed the 5,000-meter run in 15:58.00 at the LSU Tiger relays … wrapped up the 10,000-meter run in 34:03.31 at the Louisiana Classics.

2011 Indoor (Freshman) – Turned in a time of 9:30.55 in the 3,000-meter run at the Jeff Davis McNeese Indoor II.

2010 Cross Country (Freshman) – Ran four miles in 21:54.39 at the Choctaw Open … Completed the 8K in 28:17.5 at the Southland Conference Championship meet.

High School: Personal best in 3200m listed as 9:50.10 ... Ran season best time of 10:14.70 in 3200m at District 5-5A Championships, placing third ... Ran PR of 4:30.76 in 1600m at district event, also good for third place ... Season best time for two-mile came at Mobile Challenge of Champions (10:25.62), good for 18th ...
