2013: Played in 53 games, making 52 starts at second base … Batted .272 with 15 runs batted in … Was hit by a pitch a single-season school record 13 times … Finished with a .965 fielding percentage and did not commit an error in the final 19 games … Ranked among the Southland Conference leaders in hit by pitch (3^rd), triples (3, 6^th) and sacrifice bunts (8, 10^th) … Posted three hits in wins over UMBC and Stephen F. Austin … Had a total of seven multi-hit games during the season … Walked three times, tripled and scored three runs in 10-2 victory over Texas A&M-Corpus Christi … Hit by a pitch three times in 10-2 win over Jackson State … Tremendous performer in the classroom earned second team Southland Conference All-Academic honors for the second straight season.
 
2012: Was named honorable mention All-Southland Conference after leading the team with a .319 batting average, 22 runs scored, 10 doubles and a .406 on-base percentage … Also added 44 hits, two home runs and 18 runs batted in … Ranked among the Southland leaders in batting average (14^th), on-base percentage (12^th), doubles (7^th) and hit by pitch (7, 7^th) … Hit safely in 33 games and posted 11 multi-hit games … Homered versus South Alabama and Northwestern State … Was 3-for-3 with three RBI against the Demons … Drove in two runs at Jacksonville State … Scored two runs in games versus Southern (twice), South Alabama, Northwestern State and Grambling (twice) … Had a seven-game hitting streak during the season … Outstanding performer in the classroom represented Southeastern on the Southland All-Academic team as a second team selection. 
 
2011: Started 51 games at second base as a true freshman … Made just three errors in 169 chances for a .982 fielding percentage … Hit .184 with a home run, 11 RBI, 23 hits and 15 runs scored … Also was third on the team with 14 walks … Singled home the game-winning run in the bottom of the ninth inning to help Southeastern to a 3-2 win over Louisiana Tech … Hit first career home run versus Ohio State … Had two hits versus St. Louis, Ohio State, Nicholls and Central Arkansas … Also scored two runs versus UCA and Arkansas-Pine Bluff … Had a triple versus St. Louis and a double versus Missouri-Kansas City … Hitting steadily improved as season progressed, as she hit safely in the final six games of the season.

High School: Earned All-State, All-Acadiana, All-District and All-Academic honors at St. Thomas More High School … Helped team to four state titles … Excelled at the high school and club level in both softball and soccer … Played for the Blazers Gold and Louisiana United club teams.

Personal: Born Megan Elizabeth McCollum in New Orleans … The oldest daughter of Robert and Tammy McCollum … Has an older brother, Matthew and a younger sister, Kayla … A kinesiology major.
