KERRVILLE, Texas – Due to inclement weather, the first round of the Southland Conference Men's Golf Championships was suspended early in the first round Monday at Comanche Trace.
 
Member of the Southeastern lineup had finished between five and seven holes when play was halted. The Lions were tied for third at even par at the time of suspension.
 
David Marsh and Griffin Dorr each had two birdies to start the day for SLU and were tied for third place at the conclusion of Monday's action.
 
Play will resume Tuesday at 10 a.m. with the second round to begin immediately after the conclusion of the first round.
