HAMMOND, La. – The Southeastern Louisiana University men's golf team will compete in the Southland Conference Championships, which runs Monday through Wednesday at Comanche Trace in Kerrville, Texas.
The Lions will be part of the eight-team Southland Conference field with Monday's first round set for 10 a.m. SLU will be paired with HCU and UIW for the initial 18 holes with the second round set for Tuesday and the final round teeing off Wednesday.

www.LionSports.net. Live footage from hole 18 will be televised on ESPN+ Wednesday.
Southeastern has been playing its best golf of 2025-26 heading into the league's championships, claiming third-place showing in two of the last three tournaments. In last week's AState Spring Invitational,
Griffin Dorr and
Landen East both finished two-under par for the tournament to claim a tie for fifth place in the individual standings.
David Marsh (+3, 18
th) and
Noah Bumgarner (+4, 19
th) joined Dorr and East in the top 20 in Jonesboro. Dorr, East, Marsh, Bumgarner and
Patrick Blaum will make up the starting five.
Dorr leads the Lions with a 73.4 stroke average this season, followed by Marsh (73.6), East (74.6), Blaum (75.2) and Bumgarner (75.3).
The winner of the Southland Conference Championships will receive the league's automatic bid into the NCAA Championships. The regional fields will be announced April 29 on the Golf Channel.
