HAMMOND, La. – The Southeastern Louisiana University women's tennis team will wrap up the fall portion of its 2026-27 schedule Friday, hosting the George E. Fourmaux
Fed Cup Invitational at the Southeastern Tennis Complex.

Expected inclement weather in the Hammond area over the weekend has shortened the tournament to a one-day event. The tournament is named for Fourmaux, a former SLU assistant coach, who lost his battle with cancer in 2016.
Southeastern will open the day with a 10 a.m. match versus Loyola (N.O.). Loyola will then play Lamar at 11:30 a.m. Lamar and SLU meet at 1 p.m.
Dillard joins the festivities for the evening, facing Lamar at 4 p.m. and Southeastern at 5:30 p.m.
The Lions opens the spring portion of its 2026-27 slate Jan. 29, hosting UL Lafayette at the Southeastern Tennis Complex.
