HAMMOND, La. – Due to expected inclement weather in the Hammond area, the reigning Southland Conference Tournament champion Southeastern Louisiana University softball team's home opener versus Louisiana Tech scheduled for Wednesday at North Oak Park has been canceled.
 
The game will not be rescheduled this season.
 
Southeastern will open its home slate this weekend, hosting the Lion Classic at North Oak Park. Friday will see SLU face UTSA at 3:30 p.m. and Mississippi Valley State at 5:30 p.m. Southeastern takes on MVSU at 3:30 p.m. and South Dakota at 5:30 p.m. Saturday. The Lady Lions host UTSA Sunday at noon to close the tournament.

HOME RUN CLUB / S CLUB
