New Orleans, La. – The Southeastern Louisiana University Beach Volleyball team fell in both pair of matches on opening day at the Green Wave Invitational Friday morning.
The Lady Lions dropped 4-1 in their first match against Tulane before falling 5-0 to North Alabama to close out day one at the White Sands Volleyball Courts.
Friday's Results:
Southeastern returns to action Saturday afternoon with a pair of matches to close out the weekend. SLU (0-2) opens the day back in the sand to take on its first power 5 opponent Oregon at 11 a.m. before moving on to compete against Spring Hill College. Both matches will remain at the White Sands Volleyball Courts to end the season opener.
