NEW ORLEANS, La. – The Southeastern Louisiana University Beach Volleyball team started to get into a bit of a rhythm on its final day of the regular season, and in doing so earned a split on the second day of the Privateer Beach Invitational, falling to the Louisiana-Monroe Warhawks 3-2 before flipping the script on the homestanding New Orleans by winning the final match prior to the postseason against the Privateers 4-1 Friday afternoon at the Privateer Beach Complex.

The Lady Lions (8-21) now prepare for the 2023 Southland Conference Beach Volleyball Championship Tournament. The SLC Tournament starts next Friday, April 21
st and runs until Sunday, April 23
rd at Water's Edge Park in Corpus Christi, Texas.
