SUGAR LAND, Texas – The Southeastern Louisiana University men's golf team finished fifth at the HCU-Colin Montgomerie Invitational which wrapped up at the Pecan-Sweetwater Country Club.
 
Southeastern wrapped up with a final round score of 10-over par 298. The Lions finished with a tournament score of 860 (-4).
 
Weber State carded an 845 (-19) to win the tournament by six strokes. Tarleton State's Jack Anderson shot a 12-under par 204 to take home individual medalist honors.
 
Charlie Forster led Southeastern with a score of 209 (-7) to finish eighth in the individual standings – his second top 10 finish in as many tries this spring. Michael Landry (-3, 16^th) shot even par over the final 18 holes to join Forster in the top 10.
 
Grayson Glorioso (+3, T32), Cameron Mobley (+7, T48) and Patrick Blaum (+14, T67) rounded out the Lion lineup. Each of SLU's top four finishers posted at least one round under par for the tournament.
 
Southeastern will return to action March 27-28 at the Big Texan in Kerrville, Texas.
