BATON ROUGE, La. – The Southeastern Louisiana University Beach Volleyball team opened play in the LSU Tiger Beach Challenge with a pair of tough defeats, dropping the first match to Central Arkansas 4-1 as well as the nightcap 3-2 to North Alabama Saturday at the LSU Beach Volleyball Stadium.

The Lady Lions (3-4) wrap up their weekend of action at the Tiger Beach Challenge on Sunday with a pair of matches against nationally-ranked, SEC squads. Southeastern's first match Sunday starts at 1:00 p.m. against #19 South Carolina (3-4) and wraps up against the hosts, #5 LSU (7-0), at 3:00 p.m. at the LSU Beach Volleyball Stadium. All six courts are streamed live on the LSU athletics website through YouTube.
