HAMMOND, La. – The Southeastern Louisiana University Beach Volleyball team comes home for its final home match on Tuesday as the Lady Lions welcome in William Carey with opening serve set for 5:00 p.m. on the sand of North Oak Park.
Southeastern (5-15) looks to end a five-match losing streak and finish a season sweep of a William Carey side who is currently ranked #8 in the NAIA beach volleyball top-10 coaches poll. SLU knocked off the Crusaders 4-1 in Hattiesburg at Southern Mississippi's Hub City Beach Bash.
In their last time out, SLU dropped a pair of matches at the Bayou Beach Duals, falling in a non-conference match to New Orleans 4-1 before also succumbing to the host Tulane 5-0. After Tuesday's match, the Lady Lions will enjoy some time off before heading to South Carolina April 7

WCU is coming off a pair of home wins over Loyola-New Orleans on Friday as the Crusaders avenged a loss to the Wolf Pack from earlier in the week. Carey is preparing for its final weekend of regular season play, heading to Florida after Tuesday's match for a trio of conference matches to close out its regular season.
Opening serve of Tuesday's match between the Lady Lions and Crusaders is set for 5:00 p.m. at the Southeastern Beach Volleyball Complex, located at North Oak Park right behind the right field wall of the softball stadium.
