HAMMOND, La. – The Southland Conference champion Southeastern Louisiana University football team will host an NCAA FCS playoff game, the Southland Conference champion Lady Lions volleyball team will find out its NCAA Tournament destination, while the SLU men's and women's basketball teams continue nonconference play during this week in Southeastern Athletics.
 
Southeastern (8-3) will be making its fifth trip to the FCS playoffs and its third in the past four seasons. The Lions will host Idaho (7-4) Saturday at 6 p.m. in Strawberry Stadium. Saturday's winner will move on to face sixth-seeded Samford on Dec. 3 at 2 p.m. in Birmingham, Alabama.
 
The Lady Lion volleyball team (25-7) punched its ticket for its first-ever trip to the NCAA Tournament by winning the Southland Conference Tournament. SLU will find out its postseason opponent and destination on Sunday's selection show at 6:30 p.m. on ESPNU.
 
The SLU men's basketball team (3-3) will return home after a five-game road swing that saw the Lions take down Wyoming and Campbell. Southeastern will host William Carey Saturday at 1 p.m. in the University Center. Fans will have the opportunity to receive autographs from their favorite Lions following the game.
 
The Southeastern women's basketball team (2-2) has two games on tap this week. The Lady Lions open the week on the road, traveling to South Alabama for a 7 p.m. contest Tuesday. SLU returns home on Friday to host Dillard at 7 p.m. Taylor Dupree is the Spotlight Player of the Game and the first 150 fans will receive a trading card featuring the Brandon, Mississippi native, courtesy of PRIDE.

Saturday's football game and Tuesday's women's basketball game will be televised on ESPN+. The SLU football game versus Idaho can also be heard live in the Hammond area on the Southeastern Sports Radio Network (Kajun 107.1 FM, The Highway 104.7 FM and The Boss 103.7 FM/1400 AM).

The latest episode of Inside Southeastern Football with Frank Scelfo is set for Monday at 7 p.m. The show will air weekly on the radio home of SLU Football - Kajun 107.1 FM, The Highway 104.7 FM and The Boss 103.7 FM/1400 AM. Hosted by Scelfo and Allen Waddell, the hour-long show will feature the latest on all things Lion Football.
 
Pour House Pizza and Beer Garden (505 W. Thomas St.) will serve as the host for the remainder of the season and the show will air from Pour House on Mondays at 7 p.m. through the end of the season.
