HAMMOND, La. – Seven Southeastern Louisiana University pitchers combined to no-hit Copiah-Lincoln Community College in a 15-0 10-inning exhibition victory Wednesday evening at North Oak Park.
 
SLU improved to 4-0 this fall with its second straight shutout win. Cera Blanchard threw three scoreless frames against her former team, while MC Comeaux tossed two shutout innings for the Lady Lions. Ellie DuBois, Alyssa Romano, KK Ladner, Leah Marshall and Lainee Bailey threw one hitless inning each.
 
A total of 14 Lady Lions had at least one hit, as Southeastern finished with 19 hits. McKayla Ferguson homered and drove in three runs, while Maria Detillier and Blaire Bizette each had two RBI.
 
Ferguson, Bizette, Cam Goodman, Bailey Krolczyk, Madalynn Leal, Colleen Kulivan and Sarah Diaz each had two hits apiece. Diaz, Bizette and Ferguson scored two runs apiece.
 
Southeastern will continue fall play on Friday, hosting Hinds Community College in a 10-inning exhibition at 5 p.m. at North Oak Park. Lindsey Rizzo, who closed out her four-year Lady Lion career after the 2022 season, will be honored prior to the game.
