HAMMOND, La. – The Southeastern Louisiana beach volleyball team returns to the sand courts this weekend with four duals at the ULM Beach Invitational in Monroe, Louisiana.
Southeastern (0-4) will face Southland Conference-foe Central Arkansas (5-4) twice, Friday at 1:30 p.m. and Saturday at 12 p.m. The Lady Lions will then face host ULM (2-6) at 3 p.m. Saturday and New Orleans (2-2) at 4:30 p.m. Saturday.
In their first full season of competition, Southeastern is looking for the first team victory in program history.
The Beach Lions are led by top pairs
Mikayla Richard and
Meagan Scuderi (1-3) at No. 1, who earned a two-set win over Utah, and
Hannah Barosh and
Michelle Mirarchi (1-3) at No. 2, who picked up a win against UNO.
DIGGIN' IT CLUB / S CLUB
Fans interested in becoming active supporters of the Southeastern volleyball program are encouraged to join the Diggin' It Club. Lion volleyball alums are encouraged to join the exclusive S Club, which is restricted to Southeastern athletic letter winners.
