HAMMOND – The Southeastern Louisiana men's tennis team will return to Southland Conference action on Wednesday, when it hosts league rival Nicholls State at 2 p.m. at the Southeastern Tennis Complex.
The Lions (6-8, 0-2 SLC) will be looking for their first SLC victory and to snap a four-match losing streak. The Colonels (7-6, 0-2 SLC) have won four consecutive matches heading into Wednesday's contest.
Southeastern is led in singles play by senior
Guillaume Capovin, who has a 10-4 singles record, playing predominantly at the No. 4 position. At No. 3, sophomore
Damien Cordoba has a 9-5 singles mark, while junior
Benjamin Enke has posted an 8-6 singles record at No. 2.
Sophomore
Stepan Siska (5-9) joins Cordoba and Enke at the top of the singles draw. Sophomores
