LIONS 11TH AT BILLY HITCHCOCK WITH ONE ROUND REMAINING

Southeastern Louisiana slipped one spot to 11th place as the Billy Hitchcock Invitational's day two wrapped Saturday afternoon at The Auburn University Club.

Southeastern dropped one spot after day one firing a combined total of 308 Saturday. Host Auburn University leads the event at 582 followed by Memphis (585) and Charlotte (594).

The Lions' Hugo Leon continued to pace the squad and is tied for 21st after a second-round 76 left him at five-over, 149. Senior Anders Hofvander and freshman Dan Taylor were the only two Lions to improve on their opening round scores. Hofvander went two-better carding a75 and is tied for 29th at eight-over par. Taylor improved into a tie for 47th following a four-over 76 and is at 12-over par, 156. Juan Serrano (77-81) and Peter O'Keeffe (79-81) both slipped with second-round 81s and are tied for 51st and 56th.

Memphis' Ian Rochester continues to lead the individuals and sits at seven-under for the event following an opening round 65 followed by an even par 72 on Saturday.

The final round of the 54-hole event will begin Sunday morning.
