Dick & Glory Sharp Academic Center

The staff at the Dick & Glory Sharp Academic Center is dedicated to providing a comprehensive support program for all student-athletes designed to assist them through their academic/athletic career at Southeastern Louisiana University. Services include academic support, academic advising, academic monitoring and career transition after eligibility is exhausted.
   
The Southeastern Athletics staff in the Academic Center works closely with all student-athletes to ensure that the academic experience at Southeastern is second to none. Academic Center staff work closely with faculty as well as various campus departments on behalf of the student-athlete population.

Academic Training Camp
Motto: “Providing Academic Support to the Whole Student-Athlete”

Academic Training Camp is an academic support program for all student-athletes designed to provide academic support services based on the individual needs of the student-athlete. With a goal of classroom excellence, Academic Training Camp provides support for the whole student athlete. The ultimate goal is for each Southeastern student-athlete to graduate with an undergraduate degree of their choice and become a productive person in our society.
