Hinton was SLU's leading scorer in both of its wins this week, helping Southeastern extend its winning streak to five games. The senior finished with 16 points and eight rebounds in a 77-72 win over Tougaloo in Wednesday's nonconference finale. On Saturday, Hinton posted a game-high 23 points to go with eight rebounds in a 79-74 victory over Northwestern State to open Southland Conference play.
