Daigle set an all-time facility and school record in the 10k at Sunday's Strawberry Relays. The senior from Donaldsonville, Louisiana native broke a school and facility record in the 10k running 35:33.90. The facility record was previously held by Lamar's Evelyn Chavez at the 2015 Southland Conference Outdoor Championships (37:11.04). The school record lasted 16 years as Mandy Wallace ran a 37:12.52 in 2005.
