Kirby capped a career-high 18-point scoring performance by scoring the game-winning basket with less that a second remaining in an 81-80 victory at a California Baptist team that won 21 games and finished second in the WAC a season ago. In Friday's rematch at CBU, Kirby's performance was highlighted by a Sportscenter Top 10-worthy dunk in the second half.
