Cunningham led SLU with five assists in the season-opening 99-65 win over Alcorn State, as the Lady Lions hit 64.2 percent of their field goal attempts and posted its highest-scoring output since the 2009-10 season. The Lady Lion newcomer led Southeastern with 18 points in Friday’s loss to defending Sun Belt Conference champion Troy.
