Crites’ success at the plate this past week translated into increased offense for the Lions, helping stretch Southeastern’s win streak to five games. The senior from Amarillo, Texas, raised his season average 21 points to .302 and he is now tied for second in the Southland with 11 home runs. His 42 RBIs puts him squarely in the conference’s Top-10.
