Ruffin took firsts at both of the Lions’ meets this weekend and has picked up a victory in each of his four competitions this season. On Friday, Ruffin won the long jump at the McNeese Invite II with a personal-best mark of 25 feet. That mark is the best in the Southland in 2017 and tied for the 17^th best in the country. Ruffin went on to take the high jump with a jump of 6-10.75 at the KMS Invitational on Sunday.
