Frazier, making her fourth appearance in the Preliminaries, qualified for next month's NCAA Championships in the hammer with an 11th-place finish at the NCAA East Preliminary Round for the second straight year, throwing 199 feet, 3 inches on her second attempt in the third and final heat.
