Cedotal continues to mow through opposing batters. The senior left-hander carried a perfect game into the eighth inning of Southeastern's Southland Conference opener against UIW. Facing the minimum number of batters in his eight innings of work, he fell one strikeout shy of tying his career high. He retired the first 22 batters he faced and at one point fanned seven-consecutive.
