Roberson’s 92-yard kickoff return for a touchdown ignited a 30-9 second half for Southeastern, allowing the Lions to pull away for a 37-22 win at Northwestern State. Roberson, who came in as the FCS national leader in kickoff return average, returned his school-record fourth kickoff for a touchdown, tying the Southland Conference career record and took his second kickoff return for a score back this season. For his efforts, he was named the CFPA FCS National Kick Returner of the Year and Southland Confernece Special Teams Player of the Week.
