Chelini was 2-0 in singles play and split a pair of doubles matches with teammate Camille Pilon on the week. On Friday, she rallied for a 2-6, 6-1, 7-6 win over Southland co-leader Northwestern State’s No. 1 Olga Bazhanova. She came back on Saturday with a 6-1, 6-1 win over Central Arkansas’ Petra Keilova, extending her current singles win streak to five matches. On the year, the Bordeaux, France native is 12-6 overall and 7-2 versus league foes in singles play.
