Watson hit .889 with a 2.456 OPS, five runs, two doubles, two triples, three walks and an RBI during a 4-0 week that saw SLU extend the nation's longest winning streak to 23 games. She tied a school record with two triples in an 8-0 victory over Lamar Friday and set a new career school record with 15 triples. In her final season in Hammond, Watson has raised her batting average to .364, including a .457 batting average in 18 Southland Conference games.
