Stuprich tossed 7.1 scoreless innings, scattering four hits and striking out 11 in Friday's 6-0 win over McNeese, as he and Brady St. Pierre combined for SLU's nation-leading fifth shutout of the season. The Lion ace is 6-0 on the mound this season with a 1.17 ERA.
