Martin Jr. was again the leader of the Southeastern offense in its 21-9 win over Texas A&M-Commerce in the conference opener. He carried 27 times for 185 yards and two touchdowns in the win, after finishing with 206 yards and three scores on the ground a week ago. In his first six games in a SLU uniform, the Atlanta native has rushed for 737 yards and six touchdowns and has three games with over 100 yards rushing.
