Named Southland Conference Hitter of the Week Monday, Watson led Southeastern with a .545 batting average during a 3-2 week that saw the Lady Lions defeat Ole Miss, Kent State and UAB. Her two-run single versus Ole Miss forced extra innings in an eventual 9-4 Southeastern victory – the team's third over a Power 5 this season.
