Hartmann, a junior setter and opposite from Slidell, made the most of her first weekend of Division I volleyball, averaging 2.64 kills per set with a .338 attack percentage over the 11 sets played in the three matches SLU appeared in as part of the Southeastern Showdown over the weekend. When she wasn't on the attack herself, the Southland Conference Offensive Player of the Week was setting up teammates as she averaged 3.73 assists on the weekend. The transfer from William Carey tallied double-doubles in all three matches in the Southeastern Showdown, tallying 17 assists and 10 digs in the straight-sets win over Grambling, 13 kills and 12 assists in the four-set loss to (RV) Washington, and 12 kills and 12 assists in the four-set defeat to UTEP. Hartmann flirted with a triple-double in both of the four-set matches, racking up seven digs against the Huskies and nine digs against the Miners.
