This Week On The Southeastern Sports Report - Jan. 17, 2013

Women's tennis team is profiled in 30-minute show

HAMMOND – This week's edition of the Southeastern Sports Report, presented by State Farm, can be seen beginning on Thursday at 4 p.m. on Cox Sports Television and 5:30 on WHNO-TV in New Orleans.

The 30-minute show, which features the Southeastern Athletic Department and its 15 Division I programs, is hosted by Allen Waddell and Athletic Director Bart Bellairs. The show is produced by the Southeastern Athletic Department and Creative Clips in Hammond.

The show begins with an update on Southeastern Athletics before showing highlights of the men's and women's basketball team in their respective games against Lamar and Nicholls State.

The show concludes with a profile on the women's tennis team, under 11th-year head coach Jason Hayes, and their upcoming 2013 spring schedule.

Southeastern fans can also watch the show on KPBN in Baton Rouge beginning Saturday at 11:30 a.m., on the Southeastern Channel beginning Thursday at 6 p.m., and Cox 4.
