HAMMOND – The Southeastern Louisiana women's tennis team will return to action on Saturday, hosting Southland Conference rival Nicholls at 12 p.m. at the Oak Knoll Country Club.

The Lady Lions (4-7, 1-3 Southland) are coming off an impressive 7-0 win over Butler on Thursday. In its first home match in over a month, Southeastern swept all six singles and all three doubles matches.

In singles play, sophomore Morgane Dadot has a five-match winning streak and leads the team with a 9-1 record this spring. Dadot is one of three Lady Lions with a winning singles record, joined by sophomore Audrey Chelini (6-5) and freshman Camille Pilon (6-4).

Southeastern debuted two new doubles teams in the win over Butler. At No. 1, Chelini and Pilon teamed for the first time this season, while Dadot and freshman Nina Schmied made their debut pairing at No. 2. Sophomores Mia Hagiu and Annika Hanke (4-7) are the team's No. 3 doubles pairing.

Nicholls heads into Saturday's match with a 4-5 overall mark and a 1-4 league record. Sanja Stanojcic leads the team with a 6-2 mark, followed by Natalia Zamora (6-3) and Florina Nosca (5-4). Nosca and Tatiana Denezhkina are the team's top doubles pairing with a 5-4 mark at No. 1.

Following Saturday's match, Southeastern will be back in action next Friday, hosting Purdue at 2 p.m. in Covington.
