Pam Cook was a two-time All-American for the Lady Lions and a three-time All-State performer. Her career scoring average of 21.3 points per game is third in school history. Cook was a member of the 1976-77 AIAW National Championship team. She ranks among the school's career leaders in scoring and rebounding. Her 117 steals in 1976-77 is a school record for a single season. She also participated in the women’s All-American game in 1977. During the 2011-12 season, she became the third women's basketball player in school history to have her jersey retired.
