Southeastern Louisiana University Athletics

Crow spent 11 seasons as head track and field coach at Southeastern and led the Lions to unprecedented success. During his tenure, the Lions claimed three conference titles in track and one in cross country. Crow guided a program, and one of two in the country, that was a consistent top-15 NAIA program, claiming the 1975 National Championship while finishing second at the NCAA Division II meet.

Six individuals captured national titles under Crow with two relay teams earning national championships.
